Emails for measurement thresholds

Hello,

I am a new user to CDash and I love it :) I would suggest to have a feature for having email alerts for Measurements as well (like there is for coverage), if the measurements are below or above a certain threshold. we can start with having this feature for numeric values. Would be nice to get feedback of the community for this. Thanks.

Slowly this can be extended for Hash values, strings, file contents etc
