[WIP] Update Podspec to 3.0.0, add AsyncHttpClient dependency

Update the Podspec for the 3.0.0 release and add a dependency on the async-http-client.

DO NOT MERGE: async-http-client pod does not yet exist. See https://github.com/swift-server/async-http-client/issues/114
