Update deployment versions to be compatible with Xcode 14.3

With Xcode 14.3, the minimum deployment version is updated to iOS 11.0 (and similar versions for MacOS, tvOS, and watchOS).

Would just like to get the podspec update and the redeployed to cocoapods.

Would suggest probably going with at least:

  • iOS - 12.0
  • MacOS - 11.0
  • tvOS - 12.0
  • watchOS - 5.0
