KituraKit test failures with Kitura-NIO

Instructions to reproduce the failure:

  1. git clone https://github.com/IBM-Swift/KituraKit
  2. cd KituraKit
  3. export KITURA_NIO=1
  4. swift test

A lot of tests fail on both macOS and Linux.
