Can you please consider this patch? It fixes a couple of issues for FreeBSD, and corrects a reporting issue with kernel.

I found a bug in CPU detection for FreeBSD. This should address it so it is no longer blank.

I've adjusted this for FreeBSD until there is movement on this pull request. I am also happy to adjust or discuss any issues with this pull request so it may be merged.
