Add model detection

  • Currently detects the model of Raspberry Pi boards on raspbian, and also tries to detect manufacturer/model from /sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/[sys_vendor,product_name] if they exist

Sorry I never got around to this. I'll check out some models here tomorrow to see how well this pulls info.
