Enemy Panel Text does not change with Background

Overview

The enemy stat panel's text does not change color to contrast the background.

Game version

Latest GitHub version (Last commit 4024e25)

Expected behavior

If a dark bg is selected, the enemy stat text is the same color as the player stat text

Actual behavior

If a dark bg is selected, the enemy stat text remains black, resulting in unreadability.

How often can this be reproduced?

Always

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set background to black
2. Enter battle
