[BUG] TeamBalancer loop player between teams

image the plugin switched that player all those times in 1 second

and as i can see the switch takes place in round start which is a problem cuz its killing the player can the switch happen in end round

I don't get the point of "still" as the last issue was crash/freeze which got fixed.
