Remove config.position and config.verticalOffset from home-manager example

 error: The option `home-manager.users.*****.programs.anyrun.config.position' does not exist.

 error: The option `home-manager.users.*****.programs.anyrun.config.verticalOffset' does not exist.

I guess these options were removed without updating the example?
