Problem when installing

I am trying to install this module from the PSGallery. But it fails and I am unable to figure out why

Are you able to install any modules or is this specific to my modules?

Can you check to see what *Px modules you currently have installed in your %ProgramFiles%\WindowsPowerShell\Modules folder as well as in your Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Modules folder? I'm curious if you have old versions installed in the %ProgramFiles% folder, and if PowerShellGet wants to put updated versions there as well as a result, but cannot because you're not elevated. Just a hunch so far.
