Populate CSV for oil processing

Currently when calculating recipes requiring oil cracking, many columns of the corresponding CSV is not populated. I understand the factory column is not populated likely because the factory requires a specific recipe that can vary (basic vs. advanced oil processing, heavy vs. light oil cracking), but I think this would be an easy problem to remedy (or even just ignore, as the recipes are usually obvious). The other columns appear easy to populate, as the values are clearly present in the webpage.

Ideally, the factory column could be populated with even the factory name followed by the recipe: oil-refinery advanced-oil-processing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://kirkmcdonald.github.io/calc.html#items=petroleum-gas:f:1
2. Save and open the CSV
3. Notice that the columns are empty
