Hi @Kirk3gaard thanks for posting this awesome benchmark page. I have a small question, about the calculation of Phred score. You mentioned:

Phred scores for perfect matching reads are calculated as recommended by [Armin Topfer (https://twitter.com/kirk3gaard/status/1397457000217423873) which takes length into account.

I am confused that how the reads length was taken into account, do you just eliminate some reads if they are too short?
