[FEAT] Create .gitkeep files in empty folders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Issue raised #6 The folders are not automatically tracked by git if they're empty.

Describe the solution you'd like The extension should detect if the user is using git as its VCS. If the user is using git then add .gitkeep files to empty generated directories.
