[Screen Readers-Ask HR Virtual Assistant]: Screen readers(NVDA/JAWS) are narrating the suggestion invoked by the user multiple times upon invoking the Suggested Questionnaire button present in the “Ask HR Virtual Assistant” chat window.

@compulim As verified issue is still reproducible with NVDA. NVDA is announcing the information twice.

Verified the issue and now the issue is fixed

[Visual Requirements - Bot Framework Web Chat - Markdown]: 'Written' text is getting truncated after applying the text spacing.

@compulim as verified on https://microsoft.github.io/BotFramework-WebChat/01.getting-started/a.full-bundle/ issue is still repro. Text under Paragraph modifiers is truncated after applying text spacing.

Screen reader is announcing questions as toggle button off for every question which is confusing to the screen reader users.
