Improve on the responsiveness in different device

I found this under mobile devices. I cannot see the content properly due to app bar. On contact us page, the page breaks in mobile devices. There is an responsiveness issue on the login page as well.

The current Top Header is causing overflow

I would say remove the margins around the header/navbar
