Fixed Navbar and Automatically updated copywrite year

Hello @KiranAminPanjwani , I think it will be good if the navbar can be fixed to the top even as users scroll, and also make the copywrite year updated automatically to avoid having to manually update the copywrite year in subsequent years, I could work on it if approved and assigned. Thanks
