Hovering problem on buttons and texts

🎇 Description

So, there is this hovering problem when you put cursor on links in scrollbar in mobile dimensions and also in some of the buttons the hovering animation is very "slow".

I want to contribute to this website I like the style of it, will be happy if am able to make some changes.
