Proposal

Add oclif-based installers for Windows 10+ and macOS, which allow the installation of the CLI without having to use npm.

Exact behaviour you want

Add a GitHub Actions script that will automatically build installers for Windows and macOS and add them to the release page of every major release. These could then be directly downloaded and used to install the CLI.
