Feat: Support Tikv as storage engine

Feature Request

supports a remote KV cluster as an optional storage engine

Tips: I imagine that in the future as an distributed database, I may reuse Scala to write an Exec Node as the Codegen JIT executor, so each needs to support remote KV to unify the storage.
