formbuilder Submit limit by unique user (using cookies)

I've opened a series of issues more to start a discussion about certain features than to tell it should be done. This is one of them and we need to decide if we want to have it or not.

I believe this is to avoid spam. If it is, I think we should reconsider this once we actually got spamming people around, as otherwise we would be solving a problem that does not exist yet :)

Not only. It's usefull to avoid double entries. Let's say you make a poll about a town with 100 ppl and you got 200 awnsers. The result graph will be wrong for sure.

Ah okay, so it is having a limitation for 1 answer per person. Cookies won't actually be a reliable protection, but that might be something interesting.

So it is something that should be activated during the form creation ?
