Support to switch the style like WinUI 2.6+

ModernWPF 0.97 has been porting the new style from WinUI2.6. I think the best theme is that it suits the style of Windows which is user using. Is it possible that ModernWPF can be changed the style, and also the style can be self-adaptation according to the version of Windows (Win10 use the style of WinUI2.5- and Win11 use the style of WinUI2.6+ by default).
