Where can we send donations?

I'm using ModernWpf in my project and I want to contribute your work in some way ;) Do you have any donations or Patreon site?

The author of this library can use GitHub Sponsors for that purpose. But GitHub Sponsors may not be available in their region. Using GitHub Sponsors will let others know who the sponsors are.
