Phone Screener breaks Google Messages RTC OOS13

Device name: OnePlus 10 Pro Rom name: OOS 13 Android version: 13 Pixelify version: 2.2

Bug Description: Installed call screener, which does not work and breaks Google Messages. I got messages to work by downgrading but chat features no longer work and show as not supported

Also if anyone knows how to fix it, without needing to reinstall I would be grateful. Been trying to do an OTA but it keeps failing at 59% and after when I goto reflash magisk I get a bootloop
