Google phone Recording failed

Google phone won't record on my device. I'm running miui 13 which is Android 12. Google phone version is 84.0.458363558. This feature is supported in my country originally. How do I fix this issue and where can I collect logs, in case they are needed?

Facing the same issue and error on v2.2 Beta 3

I am on the January uodate, used Google Dialer Mod and it works but it changed the recording prompt language to EN-AU, instead of US and I think that's broken the screening which then I have to force enable.
