Making GetOrganelle with PacBio Hi-Fi assembly

Currently, 1.7.4 works with Hifiasm GFA output (the *asm.p_utg.gfa file) with a minimal test. I'm working on accepting HiCanu GFA output in my spare time.

Generally, I do not think using long read along is the good approach, but a combination of long reads and short reads will benefit the most from data and generate more reasonable assemblies. I'm working on Traversome carrying this idea (unfinished).
