It is too slow to always select commands in main menu Tools -> Xdebug -> ..., could you move it to common toolbar like other IDEs? (example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bl6dsq6sq75or01/Screenshot%202014-08-21%2013.55.31.PNG)

Shortcuts are not solution, because they are hardly to remember and even more difficult to execute on laptops like MacBook.

I agree. We can all chip in a bit of money for this to be done
