Added Support for Visual Studio 2022, works with RC3

Great. I managed to build this once I removed the following elements from the project file

<CopyVsixExtensionFiles>True</CopyVsixExtensionFiles>
<CopyVsixExtensionLocation>a:\</CopyVsixExtensionLocation>
