After using the simplified sliding sync, the issue went away. Maybe I'll revert back to test if that persists.

SSS has been the default now

Syncing takes increasingly longer on Dendrite

Similar issue on conduwuit. It takes a minute or so for messages to sync. Sniffing the packets found that it was primarily hitting the keys endpoint

My case seems to be different. Mounting works but `ls` complains `Invalid argument` and `ifuse --list-apps` returns `ERROR: Couldn't connect to installation proxy on device`.
