chat-text lost ALL THE TIME Intermittently

Today, this is what happened to me:

1. Get the AI to make a file edit with auto approve off
2. While the "Approve/Reject" buttons are pending, make a USER EDIT to the edited file
3. THEN, type chat-text into the chat box
4. Click "Approve"
5. WITNESS: the chat-text in the chat box is lost - destroyed into the ether.

EXPECTED: the chat-text in the box to be delievered as a user message when I press "Approve"

Then it ate the text in the chat-text during an "Approve" of a "search and replace".

This honestly my biggest gripe with KILO.. it EATS my chat-text in so many ways I can't keep track, and sometimes I've written PARAGRAPHS into it, and BOOM kilo just trashes all my effort and sends it to the bit bucket..

It seems intermittent... because later it won't eat my chat text.

THe code should be completely redone to work such that user-text can NEVER be lost or thrown away. It should be submitted to the AI, but if that is not going to happen it should end up as queued message (though that feature is also broken and needs to be fixed) or remain in the box!

I have found what I believe to be a source of intermittent user-text lost bug when approving file write/diff, and submitted a pull request here:

NOTE: this does not fix the non-intermittent eating of user text typed when approving search-and-replace... that seems to be a different cause
