Error text is not visible

Description

When an error occurs during a request (openrouter), I don't see the error text and can't figure out what happened. I only see the new Retry button The request icon keeps spinning

For example, Roo shows red error text and writes that the request has been stopped. win11 x64 vscode

I can't seem to reproduce this. Is this still an issue in the latest version @devmikealex ?
