Keeps switching to default profile

Description

My Default profile is using Kilo Provider, and i added a local LM Studio provider. When i ask a question in local profile it switches back to default. Unless i logout of kilo provider it keeps happening

I am also experiencing this with 3 profiles. I have 2 profiles that uses Kilo and 1 profile that uses AWS Bedrock. If I go into config and Make Active my profile sticks, but if I choose it from the chat or even switch from profile to profile, it always goes back to default (Kilo code). I ran out of credits without realizing and currently keeping it at $0 until my profiles can stick.

fwiw, I'm using Opus 4.5 on both incase there's a conflict with model names and seems to happen more often when I'm cancelling and resuming tasks.
