Toolbox not letting you save changes to Model folder in .ptcl file

Toolbox will not let you allow any changes to the models in this file.

Open the file in Toobox and navigate to Models/Models/nmplane_00 and delete the files (or modify it) then save. Close the file, then reopen it. The file will reappear and any changes you made do not commit.

You can easily change any of the textures in the file, save, then load the file again and see that the changes have committed.
