Layout Editor issues

I have been working with the toolbox for layout editing because its nice interface, but i have come across some issues with BCLYT/BFLYT. When i make changes to the file and save it the text that's displayed is often broken and doesn't show the full amount of text at all. Same with adding a null text pane it just refuses to show up more than a few letters at a time as seen below. Toolbox:

I found a tool called Clypo that is a BCLYT editor that can change the text correctly but it lacks the scaling and the sizing that the toolbox has. in conjunction with Clypo and the Toolbox i can make the layouts look correct but it adds a whole layer of eidint to the workload and i think it should be looked into to see what causes the text issue.
