1.0 hair sometimes not showing with hats
Regardless of the setting on the mod settings page. This mod used to work fine even with Show Hair With Hats or Hide All Hats previously. I changed my load order recently for the better, but now Facial Stuff alone doesn't even work. There is absolutely no way i can get any hair to display below any hat, even completely vanilla stuff on completely vanilla humans.

Okay so i could get it to work with a different load order, but whether or not the hair shows up is still a gamble. Sometimes it won't show up then i reload the game and it does show up.
So after a lot of loads and reloads, all i could figure out that Facial Stuff will randomly load into the game with the hair under hats option broken, Reloading it usually fixes the issue and everything works as intended, but upon the next loading of the game all bets are off again. I have absolutely no idea what is causing this and i couldn't find a corresponding error message.
