I'll add the message I have emailed the maintainer of this package:

I have already taken a look at the PHP support, but I am unable to test it because the project is configured to expect all possible language to be available when launching the test IDE, and PHPStorm doesn't support that. I suppose this will also be applicable to Rider for C#, so we will need to find a way to address this, however, my knowledge of gradle is very limited. I will push my changes to my fork and then maybe you could take a look into getting the test/deploy framework to work with it?

This plugin was created as a proof of concept to provide users with a functionality related to the Sticky Scroll feature in VSCode. However, it's important to note that due to the incorporation of similar features directly into the software, this plugin will no longer be actively maintained. While it served its purpose during its development phase, it's now redundant given the native capabilities of the IDE. We appreciate the support and interest shown towards this project. Thank you!
