[Feature Request] Media Output controls present in Notification Shade

I have a double-tap Action to pause media when it is playing, but there is no reliable way to unpause again, rather than play when no media is playing.

If Tap, Tap could detect when another app has Media Output active, that would allow an alternative Requirement that could only unpause an idle Media Output.

Just set it to mute media, works for me. When I double tap it mutes, I double tap again it unmutes. 🤷
