Android 13 package cannot be parsed

I don't know entirely what causes this issue, but trying to install the APK results in the parsing error. I'm guessing it's something simple like a malformed manifest, but I can't be sure

I have been using it on Android 13 for over a year and it's never had an issue. Redownload the APK and try it with a session-based installer like SAI or APKmirror.
