Font installation
Please make clear in installation guide that font installation can only be done via GUI and not via YAML.
Agree, took me a while to figure that one out 👍
@KingofGnome Would you be so kind and tell me, where the front ressource must be added?
@crumpfhuber Assuming Do did not change a lot of Things by Hand and Messe Things up like i did, you schuld open up a dashboard, klick the three dots top right to edit it, and klick the dots top right again. There should be an Option to add resources. Think you Do need to activate the advanced setting in your Profile.
My first try was to put it into the configuration.yaml, did not work. You need to add it via Gui but to use the 'add via gui' you cant have lovelace: Type: yaml
In your configuration.yaml. (ive added that by Hand)
So i compleatly remove all lovelace stuff in my config-file and will olny use the Gui.
Ive wrote all the above on my Phone beeing on a train. So autocerrection kicked in a lot and so i could not verify the setting, its just what i remember for now 😄
Also im only a few Day into Home Assistent, so i might Do Things wrong.
One last note: I have the feeling HA change a lot of Things around lovelace UI 'lately'. Felt like 90% of tips and tutorial i found online are outdated by now :(
Good luck 😉
Hi @KingofGnome
Thank you very much! You helped me a lot. I got it. 😄
Yeah, I am new to home assistant and I also can confirm the have changed a lot at lovelace.
Hi. The font in the HACS is incorrect. There should be a font named "Comfortaa" and it is standard.
Kibibit theme version v1.2.5 ( Pre-release )
I'm having the same issue. I've added the font via GUI (Settings > Dashboards > (three dots) > Resources > Add Resource) and selected 'Stylesheet" as the resource type but the font doesn't appear as in the Code tab example image.
This is mine:
