Removal of the sch directory

I understand that the scripts in the sch directory are useful, but do they really belong here? They aren't truly library utilities, after all. They're more like project utilities, so I initially thought of moving them to a new repository, e.g. kicad-project-utils. However, I see that they're essentially already implemented in KiCad itself as the "Edit Symbol Fields" dialog. Should we just remove the whole directory, then?
