Adding mikroBUS footprint

Added mikroBUS socket footprint. mikroBUS specification: http://download.mikroe.com/documents/standards/mikrobus/mikrobus-standard-specification-v200.pdf

Changed pin order because of bevel in the bottom on original footprint from datasheet. Also first pin is not rectangular - the same reason as above.

Hello @ppielorz starting the review of this footprint:

I have no comment on the footprint itself, just one about the logo: I see in the specification the logo can be at different places, and it's a trouble if you have a device at the place of the footprint you have set.

I suggest you to remove the logo on this footprint and to make too independent logos: the one with microbus text, and the other one without the mikrobus text as shown on page 8 of the spec. You should push them to the Symbol library in KiCad. You can call them "mikroBUS-Logo_Full_Silkscreen" and "mikroBUS-Logo_Silkscreen".

For more convenience you can do it in this pull request of course.
