GSIK: new simpler workflow replaces netlist

In Getting Started eeschema section steps 48, 49 and 55...57 are outdated because the new recommended workflow is to use Tools->Update PCB. In any case the initial creation of netlist in steps 48, 49 isn't needed at all even if netlist is used. Changing this would require renumbering the steps 48...59. If the netlist steps are replaced with Update PCB, also the pcbnew section should be changed, maybe even renumbered (I haven't look at it closely yet).

What would you recommend...

1. Keep everything, don't add anything, keep the old workflow and step numbering.

2. Keep the old workflow and numbering but add a note about Update PCB option.

3. Keep the old workflow but remove the unnecessary step and renumber, add a note about Update PCB.

4. Remove netlist, add Update PCB, renumber, change also the pcbnew section.

5. Do 1, 2 or 3 now and later do 4 after the document is otherwise compatible with KC5.1.
