Symbol Libraries table : Missing explanations

Hi

In https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-doc/blob/master/src/eeschema/eeschema_symbol_library_table.adoc there is no explanation about the Move Up and Move Down controls. I guess it acts on priority, but it's not explained.

Also, nothing on the Active tick boxes. Is it another way to reduce loading time instead of removing them from the list for good ?
