Prep for release.

Lots of stuff in here from @javagl, @markSal, and myself. All oriented around getting us ready for public release of the Wordpress hosted version of the project explorer.

I had a short look at the last commit

• The IProjectInfo id can probably be removed (I think it is not used any more, and replaced by the key)
• I'm still wondering whether that additional await has any effect...

I'll try to check and try it out locally soon, but if the build output can go directly into the WordPress site, then this should be fine. (It should probably not be merged anyhow until the other topics are settled)
