VK-GL-CTS 4 OpenHarmony

We add OpenHarmony adapter code for VK-GL-CTS，like Android adaption，we add four folders: "ohos", "target/ohos", "scripts/ohos", "framework/platform/ohos". In "ohos" there are hap-project which using ArkTs as application running on OpenHarmony based device and README file. In "target/ohos" there are cmake files and scripts. In "scripts/ohos" there is build script. In "framework/platform/ohos" there are adaption code for OpenHarmony.

Hope it will help the developers who using VK-GL-CTS on OpenHarmony.
