Deprecate Wayland bindings

No runtime implementation have implemented the extension and even Wayland developers say that as written it doesn't make sense and is not usable. There is XR_MNDX_egl_enable that could be made into a more proper extension, perhaps in the form of XR_MND_desktop_egl_enable to not confuse with the android and GLES versions.

An issue (number 1634) has been filed to correspond to this issue in the internal Khronos GitLab (Khronos members only: KHR:openxr/openxr#1634 ), to facilitate working group processes.

This GitHub issue will continue to be the main site of discussion.
