ExternalProject_Add() should probably be used to reference libxml and pcre since it seems to be the cmake way of doing this

i just stumbled on this function while working on my project that referenced opencollada and i figured i'd let you know about it in case that it's a more appropriate way of doing what opencollada is trying to do with its dependencies

it's pretty neat, you can even pull things out of git/svn/cvs/hg (although i dont like build systems that depends on the internet)
