Object files named .cpp.o and .c.o

The generated CMake makefiles (at least those generated for the web version emcmake) name the object files .cpp.o & .c.o. I do not like this. Please fix so they are just .o. I don't think this has anything to do with emcmake as the ones I generate with that from the CMakeFiles generated by GYP use the regular .o naming.
