Converted Models have misplaced parts

Using Collada2gltf release 2.1.4 for windows x64, models have parts misplaced in 0,0,0 For example: this model The folder contains the original dae (exported from sketchup), the output gltf v2.0, and a few images from multiple viewers displaying sample problems in the resulted gltf.

Hi @hilaMarkovitz, thank you for the detailed bug report! This looks similar to the node instancing issue present in #186, and I suspect they are related.
