It happens when choosing JAKIM, Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura as calculation method  
Please check this, happening from today: 
 make an option to move the widget within the taskbar is possible.
Is it possible to auto re-position every 1 min for like 5 mins (5 times) as soon as the windows start, and/or re-position automatically as soon as the current position...
