Support of compressed data files

Description

In order to save storage space and network bandwidth a customer @MathieuCoupe asks for support of compressed input files for Khiops. Moreover as a few tools already produce compressed files, it is a pity to uncompress before giving them to Khiops.

• Deflate compression Algorithm,
• Apache Parquet
